On Wednesday afternoon, Year 12 pupils, staff, parents and friends gathered together to say, “Farewell”.

Mr Acheson welcomed everyone to the occasion followed by a

video presentation entitled “A Trip Down Memory Lane”, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The video show looked back at the first days of our Year 12 pupils when they had just started their education at the College before finishing with photos of their recent formal at the Galgorm Manor and Spa.

Mr Jamieson addressed the pupils, encouraging them to look to the future, adding his own farewell and good wishes. Head Boy, Sam Moffett and Head Girl, Janet Kaunda then encouraged everyone to “Reach For Your Dreams”.

Mr Laughran, Chairman of our Board of Governors, and Mr Jamieson presented our leavers with commemorative certificates before we moved outside to participate in our annual tree planting ceremony.

Refreshments were then served in the dining hall giving staff, pupils and parents a chance to socialise together.

The staff would like to take this opportunity to wish all our Year 12 pupils the very best in their future and we hope they are successful in whichever path they choose to follow.
